Terms and Conditions

This Agreement is made between you (“the Participant”) and EMMA ROMANO (ABN: 34 261 731 249) (“the Facilitator”) and relates to your enrolment in and participation in The School of Transformation & Master Practitioner Program (“the Program”).

1. Nature of the Program

I acknowledge that this Program is a transformational training and personal development program. It is not psychological counselling, psychotherapy, or medical treatment. No guarantees are made regarding results, income, wellbeing, or healing outcomes. I understand that my results depend on my own effort, participation, integration, and circumstances.

2. Personal Responsibility for Results

I understand and acknowledge that I am fully responsible for my own emotional, physical, mental, spiritual, and financial outcomes.
The Facilitator makes no guarantees that I will:

-Heal or resolve specific medical or psychological conditions

-Generate financial income or achieve business success

-Experience any specific results within a certain timeframe

I enter the Program with full responsibility for my choices, my participation, and my results.

3. Emotional & Somatic Processes

I understand that some content, processes, or experiences within the Program may feel confronting, emotional, or triggering. I acknowledge that such experiences may be a normal part of healing and learning. I take full responsibility for my emotional state and agree to ask for support respectfully when needed.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidential Materials

All training materials, scripts, manuals, documents, videos, audio, processes, methods, online content, session structures, and resources remain the exclusive copyright of Emma Romano.

These materials must not be:

copied

shared

distributed

reproduced

uploaded

sold

licensed

published

modified

forwarded

…in any form without the Facilitator’s consent.

All Program content is confidential and must not be shared with non-participants.

5. Confidentiality of Participants

I may hear or witness personal information shared by other participants. I agree to maintain total confidentiality and not discuss or disclose any participant information outside of Program spaces.

6. Recording of Sessions

I understand that all live sessions (online) including monthly mentoring calls, may be recorded and made available within the private participant portal or community.
Recordings are used for:

-Participant review

-Future training

-Practitioner education

By participating in live sessions, I grant permission for this use.

7. Non-Refundable Course Fees & Lifetime Access

All payments made for the Program are strictly non-refundable. Once paid, Program content becomes available and I receive lifetime access.

8. Conduct & Ethics

I agree to behave ethically, respectfully, and appropriately within all Program spaces, online communities, and live sessions.
If my behaviour is deemed unsafe, harmful, or inappropriate, and not corrected after notice, the Facilitator may cancel my participation without refund.

9. Personal Responsibility & Medical Disclaimer

I acknowledge that the Program involves emotional, somatic, energetic, subconscious, and spiritual techniques.
I confirm that:

-I am mentally and physically able to participate

-I am responsible for seeking medical or psychological support if required

-The Facilitator is not a medical or mental health professional

-The Program does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

-I take full responsibility for my wellbeing during and after participation.

10. No Refunds for Non-Participation or Withdrawal

I understand that:

-All fees are non-refundable

-No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for change of mind, inability to attend, illness, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances

-If I discontinue participation, all remaining payments are still owed and must be completed in full

Participation level does not affect payment obligations.

11. Payment Plans, Failed Payments & Debt Collection

If I choose a payment plan, I agree to:

-Complete all instalments on time

-Maintain an active, valid payment method

-Ensure all payments process successfully

If my payment fails or is not completed:

-Access to Program materials, community groups, and live sessions may be suspended

-My outstanding balance may be forwarded to a debt collection agency

-I will be responsible for all associated debt collection fees, charges, and legal costs

This clause remains enforceable regardless of participation or withdrawal.

12. Schedule Adjustments & Program Changes

I understand that due to the long-term nature of the Program, the Facilitator may adjust dates, presenters, formats, delivery methods if reasonably required.
Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.

13. Community Code of Conduct

I agree to uphold a respectful, safe, supportive environment. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the Program without refund.

14. Use of Scripts, Processes & Workbooks With Clients

As a practitioner, I may use the techniques, frameworks, and processes from the Program in my client sessions.

I may also use the provided scripts and workbooks for facilitation purposes.

If I use any script, induction, workbook passage, or process word-for-word, I agree to attribute the source as:

“Created by Emma Romano – The School of Transformation & Master Practitioner Program.”

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I release and indemnify the Facilitator from all liability for:

-Emotional or psychological impacts

-Financial or business results

-Injury or discomfort

-Losses or damages arising from participation

I acknowledge I am fully responsible for my choices, actions, and wellbeing.

By signing up, you’re agreeing to receive emails from us. You’re always in control and can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails.

By enrolling in the Program, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions in this Agreement.
